WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS

On each construction project our community resource training partners and trade partners will commit to achieve the following long-term success metrics:

  • Reduce the disparity numbers among citizens disproportionately represented, within the underserved populations.

  • Improve new hire wage earnings to exceed local construction hourly rates.

  • Surpass area hiring goals, track the talent growth of each new hire participant, analyze lessons learned and best practices for continued success.
